Survey Equipments USA ships orders using available carrier services based on the product, destination and delivery requirements.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are determined by the delivery options offered for the order. If shipping is unavailable to a destination, we will contact the customer using the order details provided.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are shown on the website or at checkout before the order is completed. Shipping charges can vary by destination, product size or weight, carrier service and other order-specific factors.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible after payment and order verification. Processing time can vary depending on product availability, order volume and any verification requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days after order processing and dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Actual delivery times can vary because of carrier delays, remote-area delivery, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and Delivery

Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items
